Today, we executed a PPA (Energy Purchase Agreement) with Holaluz for the power generated by the 10MW Carrecastro Windfarm, which ASCIA Renewables is finalizing the construction stage and will enter into commercial operation on December 2019.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Carrecastro windfarm, with 10 MW nameplate capacity, located in the municipalities of Tordesillas and Velilla (Valladolid), will produce 34 GWh of electricity per year, and will be able to supply renewable energy equivalent to the consumption of 10.000 households.<\/p>\n

The PPA agreement, which has a duration of 7 years, constitutes a relevant milestone in the Spanish electricity market, as it is one of the first of such energy trading agreements between private companies, in the absence of any kind of subsidies of feed-in tariffs.<\/p>\n
